Some of you may wonder "Why is it "The Hardy & Shirey Family Website" and not just "The Hardy Family Website"?"
Well, the reason is that our children, Jenna and John are from Leslie's first marriage, and their last name is Shirey.
We felt that calling it "The Hardy Family Website" wouldn't be fair to them.
Now you know.

You may also wonder why Will's name ends with "Abaunza" and not "Hardy".
It's traditional in Latin America to append the Mother's family name to the end of a person's name to give them a connection to that half of their heritage.
Now you know that too.
